Warranty

Please email satisfactory proof of purchase date along with photographic evidence of the problem to sales@droversinsideandout.com.au

All warranties will be void and accordingly no claim of any nature will be enforceable if:

  • The product has not been assembled, installed or operated according to the instructions, or:
  • Has been subject to abuse, improperly treated, neglected, misused and/or if any repairs, maintenance or service has been done by an unauthorised person.

The warranties do not cover:

  • Defects caused by mishandling and/or misuse of the product
  • Defects caused by the failure to maintain the product in accordance with the care and maintenance instructions, or;
  • Defects caused by transportation cartage.

All Timber (Boatwood, Recycled Teak, Slab Furniture, Acacia, Eucalyptus), Water Hyacinth & Natural Rattan.

1 year limited warranty. Not covered if placed in full weather.

Poly Rattan (PE Wicker)

If your Wicker furniture is in contact with glass e.g. dining table or coffee table, it MUST NOT be placed in direct sunlight as the rays of the sun can be magnified through the glass and will cause damage. Warranty excludes scratching of wicker finish or any damage caused through exposure to direct sunlight.

Fabric & Foam Warranty excludes stains, mildew, fading and stretching of fabric and flattening of any cushion filling.

Tempered Glass has a limited warranty.

Powder coated Aluminium

Warranty excludes damage to powder coat finish caused by corrosion, scratching, pitting, fading or peeling.

Indoor Furniture

All furniture sold as “INDOOR” is specifically for inside the home, warranty will become void if used outside or under patio.

Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Exceptions to Guarantees

Consumer guarantees do not apply if you:

  • Received what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
  • Misused a product in any way that caused the problem; or
  • Knew of, or were made aware of, the faults before you bought the product.
